Formulation & R&D

We develop your recipe from scratch or optimize the formula you bring us. Flavor profiling, stability testing, shelf-life validation, and nutritional analysis. We work with your flavor house or ours.

Premium service: priced separately from production. Your formula is yours. Full NDA on every project.

Production & Canning

Full service Beverage Contract Manufacturing into sleek or standard aluminum cans. In-line pasteurization available. Rigorous QA at every stage: dissolved oxygen, seam integrity, fill volume, Brix, pH, and micro testing.

1,000-gallon minimum batch size. We handle complex, ingredient-heavy formulations that high-speed commodity lines are not built for.

Warehousing

On-site ambient storage for finished goods and raw materials. Transparent per-pallet pricing with no hidden fees. Inventory tracking included.

Ingredient Sourcing

We source raw materials, manage vendor relationships, and negotiate pricing on your behalf. A decade of purchasing complex ingredients, whole fruit, purees, botanicals, functional additives, means we know where to find what you need and what it should cost.

Labeling & Packaging

Pressure-sensitive label application and filling of pre-shrink-sleeved cans. Case packing, tray packing, and custom pallet configurations to meet your distributor’s requirements. In-line cartoning and variety packing available.

Bring your own labels or sleeves: we apply them. Need a label printer recommendation? We have vendor relationships ready.

Shipping & Logistics

We coordinate outbound freight: LTL, full truckload, or direct-to-distributor. We handle the scheduling, the paperwork, and the carrier relationships. Your product leaves our dock ready for the market.

From First Call to First Pallet

Every project follows the same structured path. No ambiguity, no surprises, no wondering what happens next.

  • You tell us about your product, your timeline, and your goals. We ask direct questions about your formula, your volume expectations, and your budget. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll tell you, and point you to someone who is.

  • We define the full production plan: services, pricing, materials, timeline, and deliverables. Everything is documented before any money changes hands. No hidden fees. No scope creep.

  • If you need R&D, we develop or refine your recipe. If you bring a finished formula, we validate it on our system. Either way, we run a pilot batch before committing to full production. You approve the product before we scale.

  • Full-scale batching, blending, canning, pasteurization (if required), labeling, and case packing. QA checkpoints at every stage. You receive production reports and lot documentation.

  • Finished product is palletized, warehoused (if needed), and shipped to your distributor, retailer, or fulfillment center. We manage the freight. You manage your brand.
