Niche Beverage Company was founded by a team that spent over a decade manufacturing some of the most complex canned beverages in the country. Not flavored water. Not simple syrups diluted and carbonated. Real ingredients - whole fruit, purees, botanicals, functional additives - processed at scale, in a facility built to handle what other production lines cannot.
That experience revealed a gap in the market. Emerging beverage brands with ambitious, ingredient-forward products kept running into the same wall: co-packers who could fill cans fast but couldn’t handle formulation complexity. Brands with real fruit, unusual botanicals, or novel functional ingredients were told to simplify their recipes or find someone else. We became someone else.
Today, Niche Beverage operates as a full-service contract manufacturer for brands making non-alcoholic beverages, hard seltzers, spirit-based RTDs, and functional drinks. We handle formulation, ingredient sourcing, production, canning, pasteurization, labeling, warehousing, and shipping. The entire chain, under one roof, managed by people who have done this thousands of times.
We are based in Cincinnati, Ohio - centrally positioned between the Midwest and Southeast, two of the fastest-growing beverage markets in the country. Our facility, our equipment, and our team were purpose-built for the kind of products that the industry is moving toward: cleaner ingredients, more complex formulations, and higher consumer expectations for what goes into a can.
